2026-2027 Sacred Heart Pre-School registration will be held on April 9th & 10th from 7:30am-4:00pm. To begin the registration process, please visit the website (shspana.com) and under the “Parents” tab click on "Registration". There you will find forms for both new and returning preschool students. Register with Sam Jostes at the school office, then visit Chrisy Nollman at the parish office (phone: 562-5396) for information on tuition, as well as to submit the tuition forms, $50 book fee, and a $25 auction basket fee.​

Please bring the following to the school office if you have them, if not please bring by the first day of school:

• Copy of Birth Certificate

• Physical

  • must be completed one year prior to first day of school

  • Parents please complete the yes/no questions, sign and date

• Copy of Immunizations (signed by doctor)

• Copy of Lead Screening

If your child was in our Pre-school program last year, the school office already has the above forms on file and you do not need to bring them again. Parents can download the registration forms for NEW students below. Returning Pre-K families can see forms here. Print, sign and bring them the day of registration.
